Damages & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item was damaged in transit or is in some way defective, we will make sure you are taken care of. If your item has a defect or was damaged in shipping please contact us with pictures and a description of the damages within 14 days of arrival and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Unused items may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping cost.
Used products may not be returned.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please ship the items back to us safely packaged as we will not issue a refund if the items are completely destroyed. Thank you for your understanding.
